Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone!

Last weekend we enjoyed our annual Easter egg hunt at Alison's home. It was one of those days full of children (lots of them!), Easter eggs (12,000 of them), shared food (from Bennett's Creek BBQ to family recipes), and everyone's favorite... the elusive Golden Eggs.

Every single year Alison hides the Golden Eggs so well that even she can't find the last remaining one. It's become a rite of passage for children to turn from individual egg hunters into bands of teams scouring every spot a Golden Egg has known to hide. Meanwhile, the adults stand scratching their chins while examining Alison's hand drawn map of where she hid the Golden Eggs. It wouldn't be the Annual Wildwood Eggstravaganza any other way!
